Intake Form Help
Required intake forms are completed through our secure Practice Better link. Our team sends your link — if you haven't received it, contact support.
Payment Help
Payments are processed securely at checkout. Your portal shows payment status and receipts for your Wellness services only.
Membership Help
Active memberships include scheduled Wellness visits. Contact support to pause, upgrade, or cancel a membership per the membership terms.
Rescheduling
Reschedule requests are reviewed by our scheduling team before your confirmed appointment is updated.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests follow our 24-hour policy and are reviewed by our team before being finalized.
